How it works
Straight from the source.
Every day we read the public job boards of 294 robotics companies: the same listings you would see on their own careers pages. 138 of them run a job board we can read today; last update Sep 23, 2026.
We never collect applications. Every “Apply” button goes to the company's own page, and we only show a short excerpt of each description.
Each role is sorted into a function (like “Robot Learning & AI” or “Manufacturing & Supply Chain”), a seniority level and a location, using rules based on the title and department. Skills are the tools and methods mentioned in the description. Salary figures come from published pay ranges.
What the jobs reveal: when a large share of a company's openings are in one area, we flag it. For example, many manufacturing roles suggest a production ramp, and many operator roles suggest they're collecting training data at scale. These are signals, not facts about a company's plans.
Limits: coverage isn't complete. Some companies use job systems we can't read yet, big companies only appear for their robotics roles, and automatic classification makes mistakes. If you spot an error or a missing company, email hello@roboticsnxt.com.
For site owners: our crawler identifies itself as RoboticsNXTBot, respects robots.txt on company websites, and only reads public job listings.
